they sell the "EQUINOX" X-ray Diffractometers.

here is the link to the PANalytical site - http://www.panalytical.com/
they sell the "X'Pert PRO" X-ray Diffractometers.

Kratos - http://www.kratos.com/
This is a subsidiary of Shimadzu. They make the "XRD-6000" X-ray Diffractometer.

Finally, here is the link to Rigaku. They make lots of different XRD machines - http://www.rigakumsc.com/xrd/prodfinder.html
